ABOUT JASMINE

Operator. Entrepreneur. Builder.

Jasmine Young is the founder of Intentional Thrivers. Her perspective has been shaped by 18+ years working inside complex organizations and by the experience of building a business herself. She understands operations not just as a discipline, but as something that has to work in practice.

OPERATOR

She Builds the Infrastructure, Not Just the Recommendation.

Jasmine’s experience spans complex corporate environments and founder-led businesses, including work supporting $200M+ revenue environments and across a $1.4B supplier ecosystem. Across those environments, her work has centered on turning complexity into clearer ownership, stronger operating systems, and more disciplined execution.

She has designed the structures, workflows, performance systems, and operating rhythms teams rely on to execute consistently.

She doesn’t only recommend what should change — she’s built the infrastructure herself.

ENTREPRENEUR

She’s Sat in the Founder’s Seat.

Jasmine is also the co-founder of Bundles & Bits, a clean botanical haircare brand built across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify.

Building it has meant making real decisions with incomplete information — about product, pricing, growth, and where to invest limited resources — and then living with the results.

Evaluated together — not as five separate problems.

“The problem you see first isn’t always the problem you need to solve. Strong operations require understanding how the pieces of the business affect one another before deciding what needs to change.”
