A consulting or advisory engagement begins only when Intentional Thrivers and the client enter into a separate written agreement governing that engagement.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control with respect to that engagement.
3. Scale Readiness Score™ and Other Assessments
The Scale Readiness Score™ and any other assessments, scores, classifications, recommendations, or results provided through the Website are intended as preliminary business and operational tools.
They are not guarantees of business performance and should not be treated as comprehensive operational, financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, human resources, or other specialized professional advice.
Assessment results depend in part on the information supplied by the respondent and may not identify every issue, risk, opportunity, or constraint affecting a business.
A Scale Readiness Score™ result does not guarantee acceptance as an Intentional Thrivers client or any particular result from a future engagement.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Business results depend on many factors outside the control of Intentional Thrivers.
Examples, case studies, client outcomes, testimonials, revenue figures, operational improvements, or other results referenced on the Website are illustrative and do not guarantee that another business will achieve the same or similar results.
Nothing on the Website constitutes a promise or guarantee of revenue, profitability, growth, operational performance, business valuation, financing, or other results.
