WHO THIS IS FOR

The Diagnostic Is Built for Established Businesses That Have Outgrown the Way They Operate

You’re leading an established business — real revenue, a growing team, and increasing complexity. But the way it operates hasn’t kept pace, and it isn’t always clear what’s driving the friction or what to fix first.

You’re still the default decision-maker for too many day-to-day issues.

Your team is capable, but ownership and accountability are not consistently clear.

Important processes depend on tribal knowledge, workarounds, or what lives in your head.

You’re preparing for a leadership or ownership transition, or have recently acquired a business, and need a clear view of how it actually operates.

You know something needs to change operationally, but you need an objective diagnosis of what to fix first.

The strongest fit is an established business that has reached enough organizational complexity that strengthening its operating infrastructure—and reducing unnecessary dependence on key individuals—has become a meaningful business priority.

WHAT WE DIAGNOSE

Five Dimensions. One Operating System.

The Diagnostic examines how your business actually operates across five interconnected dimensions to uncover the operating constraints, gaps, and root causes limiting performance and scalability.

People & Leadership

How leadership, decision-making, accountability, and ownership function across the business.

Revenue Engine

How effectively the business turns opportunities into consistent, executable revenue.

Organizational Structure

Whether roles, responsibilities, and decision rights support the way the business needs to operate.

Systems & Process

Where execution still depends on people, memory, or key individuals — and whether workflows are operationally ready for automation or AI.

Execution & Visibility

How priorities, performance, communication, and operating information move through the business.

HOW IT WORKS

How the Diagnostic Works

The Diagnostic combines preparation, operational discovery, leadership input, and independent analysis to move from surface-level symptoms to a clear, evidence-based diagnosis.

01

Pre-Work

You’ll provide key information and materials so Jasmine can understand the business before the working session.

02

Operational Discovery & Audit

A focused working session to examine how the business actually operates, where organizational dependency is showing up, and what may be contributing to it.

03

Expert Analysis & Diagnosis

Jasmine independently analyzes the findings to identify root causes, operating constraints, risks, and the areas requiring the most attention.

04

Findings & Roadmap

You’ll receive the findings, prioritized recommendations, and a 90–180 day Operational Liberation Roadmap, followed by a virtual Executive Findings Presentation to walk through what matters most and what should happen next.

Executive findings and your Operational Liberation Roadmap are typically delivered within 10 business days following the Operational Discovery & Audit, assuming all requested information has been received.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A Clear Diagnosis. A Prioritized Path Forward.

You leave the Diagnostic with a clear view of what’s constraining the business, what’s driving those conditions, what deserves attention first, and what the organization needs to operate and scale more effectively.

Organizational Dependency Map

Where organizational dependency exists, the Diagnostic also identifies who or what the business depends on, how that dependency affects performance or scalability, and what needs to change.

Root-Cause Findings

The real reasons behind what’s limiting the business — not just the symptoms — including operational barriers that could limit effective automation or AI adoption.

Prioritized Recommendations

What to address first, next, and later — including where workflows may be candidates for standardization, automation, or deeper AI evaluation — so nothing competes for attention at once.

90–180 Day Operational Liberation™ Roadmap

A prioritized roadmap for strengthening operations over the next two quarters—addressing critical constraints and unnecessary dependencies before identifying opportunities for automation and AI.

Recommended Transformation Scope

Where appropriate, clarity on what deeper implementation would involve.

Executive Findings Presentation

A debrief session with Jasmine to review the findings, walk through your Operational Liberation Roadmap, answer questions, and discuss the most appropriate next steps for your business.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I expect before the Diagnostic?

You’ll receive pre-work outlining the information and business materials Jasmine needs to review before the Operational Discovery & Audit. The goal is to enter the working session with enough context to spend the time investigating the business — not gathering basic information that could have been provided beforehand.

  • How long does the Operational Discovery & Audit take?

The working session is generally expected to take approximately 2–4 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the business and the information available. The exact format and duration will be confirmed before your engagement begins.

  • What if I already know what some of our operational problems are?

That’s common. The Diagnostic is designed to go beyond the symptoms you already recognize and determine what is actually driving them. What looks like a process problem, for example, may ultimately be rooted in unclear ownership, leadership capacity, organizational structure, or decision-making.

  • What happens after the Diagnostic?

You’ll leave with a clear diagnosis, prioritized recommendations, and a 90–180 day Operational Liberation Roadmap. You may choose to execute the recommendations internally, move into an Operational Transformation engagement for deeper implementation support, or explore Ongoing Operating Advisory where appropriate.

  • Does the $3,500 Diagnostic investment apply toward future work?

If you move forward with an Operational Transformation engagement within 30 days of completing the Diagnostic, your full $3,500 Diagnostic investment will be applied toward that engagement. This credit applies to Operational Transformation and does not automatically apply to Ongoing Operating Advisory.

  • Can the Diagnostic help with a business I’m acquiring or have recently acquired?

Yes, when the need is operational. Before or after an acquisition, the Diagnostic can help you understand how the business actually operates—where ownership, systems, and critical knowledge are concentrated, what may be difficult to sustain through the transition, and what to prioritize first. What can be assessed before an acquisition closes depends on the information and access available and on the agreed scope of the engagement.

The Diagnostic is an operational assessment, not comprehensive pre-acquisition due diligence. It does not replace business valuation, financial or legal due diligence, or transaction advice, and it is designed to complement the work of your financial, legal, and M&A advisors.

  • Is the Scale Readiness Score™ the same as the Diagnostic?

No. The Scale Readiness Score is a preliminary screening designed to identify operating signals across the five dimensions based on your responses. The Operational Liberation Diagnostic goes deeper through document review, operational discovery, leadership input, and independent expert analysis to uncover the operating constraints behind those signals and determine what should change next.

READY FOR CLARITY?
